She is a graduate of the Department of Oenology and Beverage Technology of the TEI Athens and holds the degrees of International Wine Management (OIV) from Université Paris X and Sommelier  from LE MONDE Educational Institute, respectively. In recent years she has been teaching oenology and sommelerieg at LE MONDE. She has worked in luxury and Michelin restaurants and 5 * deluxe hotels in Greece (such as Spondi, Dexamenes suites, Horizontes, Hilton, Elounda Mare Relais & Chateaux, Porto Elounda & Peninsula All Suite Hotel, Oenopathia etc.),  in the wine production of renowned Burgundy houses (Leflaive, Trapet, La Pousse d'Or, Chevalier, Nudant, Minot), and at Hatzimichalis Estate, Brintzikis Estate and Bodegas Monje, Spain. She has also worked at Berry Brothers (BBR) in London and at Marketing-P.R-Sales-Exports Dpt at Domaine C.Lazaridis and Mitravelas Estate. She has also visited 34 countries (16% of the Earth), she writes articles (Oinohos, Athinorama, POPaganda.gr, etc.). she is a certified member of an Olive Oil Tasting Team and is a proud founder of the project "www.aestheses.com Food & Wine Perception" where she advises businesses and producers, trains on service etc, creates wine lists and wine-gastro events
