Born on October 22nd 1981 in Limassol, Cyprus. Graduated from Lanition A' Lyceum in 1999 and after fulfilling the two years obligatory military service, was accepted in T.E.I. Athens, at Food Technology and Nutrition Faculty. Five years later graduated with the Oenology and Beverage Technology diploma. Wine tasting and sommelier seminars followed the next year at Genius in Gastronomy in Athens.Throughout the student years was working in service at various establishments in Athens. After the graduation in 2007 started working at Deals SA in the sales department for seven years. At the same period was working part time in service at various establishments in Athens. In 2013 created the 'Wine in West' wine bar in Egaleo which co-owned until 2015. At the same time changed career in 2014 to academic by started teaching 'Bar-Oenology' and “Cellar & Bar Operation Management'  at V.T.I. Omiros and Aegean Omiros College. In 2016 retuned to Cyprus and started teaching 'Oenology' for the Ministry of Education & Culture (Educational). At the same time was the Beverage Manager of Columbia Resort in Pissouri, until 2018 when returned to sales for a short period of time as Sales Manager at Desras Trading. In 2018 participated in the 11th Cyprus Wine Competition as a member of the jury of tasters. Today he is still teaching 'Oenology' for the Ministry of Education & Culture (Educational) and consulting on wine matters for various clients.
