Daniel de Siqueira Ferreira studied Technology in Viticulture and Oenology (2013, IFRS-Bento Gonçalves) and Technology in Gastronomy (2007, Senac- Campos do Jordão) and he is currently studying for his Master in Biotechnology and Vitivinicola Management (to be concluded in April 2016, UCS- Caxias do Sul);

In 2006 he worked as a sommelier in Senac - Campos do Jordão and he broadened his experience of the wine tasting field by studying in WSET in Brazil (he holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits).

He worked as an oenologist for Salton Winery, Pizzato Winery, Laren and since April 2015 he has held the position of the oenologist of Miolo Wine Group.
