Abuzer Mariam graduated from the Department of Oenology and Beverage Technology of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. She has also attended courses in ¨ Inspectors in systems of HACCP¨, introduced by TUV Hellas, “Level 1 Foundation Certificate in Wines” introduced by WSET as well as “Calibration methods” introduced by Analytikes Syskeves A.E. She worked for many wineries in Greece and abroad, including Bodega Enrique Mendoza S.L., and VINOBON S.A. From 2002 until now she works for G.Ε.Α. S.A., Domaine Lyrarakis, with working subject Quality and Quantity Control in Grapes, Must and Wine, Planning of wine making procedures, Oenological Applications
